USA Visa Requirement
- A Nonimmigrant Visa Electronic Application (DS-160) Form.
- A passport valid for travel to the United States with a validity date at least six months beyond your intended period of stay in the United States.
- Two (2) 2″x2″ (5cmx5cm) photograph taken within the last six months. This web page has information about the required photo format.
- 5-year travel history.
- 06 Month Bank statement plus account maintaining letter.
- Job / Business Letter.
- NTN / FBR (if available).
- Bring photocopies of your relative’s proof of status (e.g. US Passport, Green Card, naturalization certificate, valid visa, etc.)
- Details of where you’ll be staying during your visit.
- Hotel Reservation.
- Your current employer’s address and telephone number.
- Your Previous employer’s address, Supervisor name and telephone number.(If previously Employed).
- Your secondary education details.
- Your parent’s names and dates of birth.
- Your partner’s name and date of birth.
- Receipt proving payment of $160 for a nonimmigrant US visa application. Keep in mind that the US visa fee is non-refundable if you decide to cancel your appointment or if your visa application is rejected.
