  • Job/Business/Government
    • If Employed in a private company; Job letter, Salary slips from the last 3 months, Visiting card.
    • If Self Employed; Letterhead, Tax Documents, NTN certificate, Visiting card.
    • If Government Officer; Job letter (if possible), N.O.C letter from
    Relevant department.
  • 3.5 X 4.5 matt finish white background 3 pictures
  • Any other Investment documents (Property etc.)
  • Passport copies of 1st four pages and all used pages of all valid and
    previous passports.
  • CNIC/B.form copy.
  • FRC (Family Registration Certificate from NADRA)
