- Last 6 months’ stamped Bank statement with Certificate
- Job/Business/Government
• If Employed in a private company; Job letter, Salary slips last 3 months
• If Self Employed; Letterhead, Tax Documents, NTN certificate
• If Government Officer; Job letter (if possible), N.O.C letter from
Relevant department. - Invitation letter with Host Passport copy (if any).
- Any other Investment documents (Property etc.)
- 5. Passport copies of 1st four pages and all used pages of all valid and
previous passports. - CNIC/B.form copy.
- FRC (Family Registration Certificate from NADRA)
- Polio Vaccination Card
- 3 Photos as per the below specification
